KKrishnaa’s Konfessions – Smita Jain

Now before I go on with the review I have some personal work. Thanks a lot guys for getting me this book, I acknowledge your (ig)noble intentions in getting me this adult-content rich book. I enjoyed it every bit. I am sorry if I am mistaken, this could have been to appease my excessive use of letter K in passwords ๐Ÿ˜‰

Ok some FAQ(s) I am obliged to answer,

I am 17 yrs and 265 days old, can I read this book?

Hey what are you doing in this adult site!….(Sigh) Ya of course you can, but don’t tell mum and dad, Okay.

Ok younger brothers/sisters, stop sneaking at the review, more so at the book. Thou shalt not read the book! ๐Ÿ˜‰

The book is about an ambitious young script writer for Hindi soap operas, KKrishnaa, who is also single to begin with. The story starts at a point where KKrishnaa(KK) is comfortably placed with her soap having No.1 TRP ratings in a popular television channel. The characters in the story are very boldly sketched, meaning there is no censored version to it. And KK is very much unlike her soap lead with sarees and tilaks. She is a modern working women, who knows what she is capable of, most importantly knows how attractive she is. Wait, she has her set of moral principles and she sticks to it. So you dont have to go on with, “Women must not have freedom… they must not work,, blah blah..” Of course where else can the story go if everyone abides by rules and law. The story tumbles as KK discovers crime and passion in her neighborhood. Like the old saying goes, “Curiosity kills the cat”, KK pokes her nose in the wrong time and gets busted more than once. This story from then on is a thriller with some romantic moments between KK and her college days dream boy. All in all, its a small book you can read with a bowl full of KurKure and enjoy both!

Emraan Hashmi can take a look at this script. There are couple of kissing scenes, I am sure his uncle can take care of the rest ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. @srikanth: The book is really small. So I kept the review in proportion to it.

  4. hmmm… this book ‘ll surely be amazing material for a total timepass movie! ๐Ÿ˜€ looks like u have already cast the actors and all!! ๐Ÿ˜›

and, the length of a review need not be directly proportional to the length of the book..! it could have been longer considering the fact that it is very easy to comment on such genre of books.. maybe you could have added stuff about the author’s style of writing to make it longer..

and, comments from the author itself! kudos! ๐Ÿ™‚
